Juventus meets with Alexis Sanchez’ agent: the situation

Juventus is getting closer to the third scudetto in a row and now they are also focused on the transfer market. They are once again pursuing Alexis Sanchez. There are reports Juventus are in talks with Liga club Osasuna for a development deal.

According to the news coming out of Spain, the Bianconeri are in advanced negotiations to sign a collaboration.

Juve would have first choice on Osasuna’s youth academy products, but also have the opportunity to send players to Spain on loan in order to gain experience.

Osasuna are still not certain of their Liga status for next season, so any agreement would have to be postponed until then.

The Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus are eager to have Antonio Conte signed to a new contract inside 20 days.

Speculation has been in recent months of the Bianconeri’s intention to extend the 44-year-old’s current deal beyond its June 2015 expiry and yesterday director general Beppe Marotta revealed plans to talk over the situation at the end of the season.

However, the Gazzetta dello Sport are reading that as a sign of Marotta and President Andrea Agnelli’s hope to avoid a similar situation to this time last year, and to have Conte agreed on new terms inside the next 20 days.

The Coach is seen by the pink paper as currently happier to remain on the one year left on his current deal.

Conte seeks transfer assurances

Antonio Conte’s future contract talks with Juventus reportedly hinge on the club’s activity in the coming transfer market.

The tactician’s current deal runs through to June 2015, but standing on the verge of a third consecutive League title and in the semi-finals of the Europa League, the club is eager to initiate talks to extend and further improve it.

Whilst Conte has refused to comment publicly on this speculation, Calciomercato.com report that he is waiting for assurances in the transfer market before opening negotiations.

The summer transfer window is seen as key to convincing the 44-year-old to re-commit, as he is keen not only for valuable players in the current squad kept a hold of, but also that adequate reinforcements are brought in to boost their chances in the Champions League next term.

Interviewed by BeINSport, Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has declared: "My future? Now I am thinking about winning the title with Juve, then I don't know what will happen. With the club I have not talked about a new contract, neither about my future. PSG? It's a great club".

Sanchez says yes to Juve: the details

Bei Juve dürfte der Internationale einen Vertrag bis 2019 unterzeichnen, der ihm jährlich knapp 5 Millionen Euro einbringt.

Sämtliche Parteien sollen sich bereits seit Karfreitag einig sein.
